SITE USE: This is an inside tool for Sales use. Independent reps may have accounts per regional managers discretion. Sales rep must order on behalf of Distribution – no exceptions. Marketing will revoke rights to account if not properly managed.
DO NOT SUBMIT MULTIPLE ORDERS. The online stock accurately depicts what is currently available. Multiple orders in a short amount of time will cause your account to be flagged and orders delayed.
Promotional materials are “at cost” and your store credit allotment aligns with what our budget allows. Marketing will adjust store credits each year per the approved budget and will not carry over unused funds from the previous year.
Literature and most samples are “free” BUT please remember this is a tool for the whole team to use. It is subject to our budget, so marketing will monitor “overuse” including the free items.
Please refrain from using the note section. Please take the time to search the store items and add them to your cart, so we can easily keep inventory.
If you need something that is not in stock, please leave a note at that time only. The item is more than likely out of stock and will be delayed. Elizabeth will provide further information. If it is a brochure, please remember you can easily share the digital PDF from the website.
If you need more than the maximum allowable quantity, you must provide details. The request will be reviewed against the stock currently available, and it is subject to approval from Brian McGuire.
Due to the demand of the “KEMPEROL Membrane Swatch Key Ring” keeping stock is difficult so we have stop tracking the stock. Please only order the minimum, as this was set for a reason. Elizabeth may reach out needing additional time or to change your order.
SHIPPING: All standard orders will be shipped via UPS Ground and generally arrive in 3-5 business days from West Seneca, NY. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. The company will no longer support any air or rush shipments for marketing store orders. Please allow enough time to get your materials before any important events, presentations, or deadlines. On the occurrence of a rush order, you must provide sign-off from the VP of Sales and Marketing or the Customer Experience & Marketing Manager.
CUSTOM SAMPLES: Please review OMD 0436. If you have a question about your order contact inquiry@kempersystem.com. Custom sample requests may take 2-6 weeks to reach the customer due to stock and scheduling of the request. All custom samples will include expidited shipping. If the shipping cost exceeds $100, the VP of Sales and Marketing or the Customer Experience & Marketing Manager must provide approval.
